Challenge

Developing a fresh look and feel for the e-commerce platform whilst meeting the needs of the existing user base, securing pattydoo’s strong market position.

Result

We carefully adjusted the brand experience (colors, typography, key visuals, etc.) giving everything a more contemporary and modular feel without losing the playful and friendly vibe of the already beloved shop. To better meet user needs, we restructured the navigation flow and improved the connection between contents (blog, product, video, tutorial, checkout, etc.).

Value

A rebranded and future-proof user interface. Under the hood is an entirely new source code that is easier to maintain and SEO-friendly. Improved usability and orientation lead to faster checkouts and higher conversion rates.

“The redesign of our website was a huge challenge. The content of five years had to be restructured and given a new look. With Eatch we found the perfect partner for this major effort. Our users, too, are stoked by the website’s new structure and modern look. The outcome of the close teamwork with Eatch surpassed our expectations.”
